Week 12.5 - Hungry again.
- 13KG (+2Kg but my BMI was down to 39 from 47 ?!?!)
Yikes have I been eating!
I gobbled a Chilli Kransky, a 80g Packet of Twisties and a most of a
Schnitzel Roll during the day.
A can of Mountain Dew, a 375ml Strawberry Milk and a Glass of water.
And then I ate 3 slices of pizza for dinner and a 600ml Lift.
What a GUTS!!! And I can't believe it all went down - I'm so angry with myself.
DON'T DO THIS EVER - IT WAS STUPID AND DANGEROUS TO TEST THE LIMITS OF MY BAND LIKE THIS.
I put on some weight too - but my body fat reading was way down - (I got one of those special bathroom scales) - So it could be mostly fluid as I'm finally eating again following my reflux.
Ive been exercising HEAPS. Gym, squash & general frolicking.
All I know is that eating is an addiction - and at any chance, I'm at risk of abusing food. I guess why this band is good - but then again I still need to look after it.
Damn.
BTW no more sugar drinks.
